Check eSIM device compatibility
Open your Phone app, dial *#06# and look for an EID.
On iPhone: go to Settings → Cellular, then look for Add eSIM.
On Android: open SIM management/Connections and look for Add eSIM.
Device eSIM support varies by model and sales region. Confirm with your device manufacturer if uncertain.

- Cung cấp: SkySimHub cung cấp eSIM du lịch quốc tế dưới dạng mã QR/Activation Code điện tử. Sau khi đơn hàng và thanh toán được xác nhận, thông tin eSIM được gửi tới địa chỉ email khách hàng đã đăng ký; khi tài khoản người mua được liên kết, khách hàng cũng có thể tra cứu thông tin đơn hàng trong My Account.
- Thời gian dự kiến: eSIM được xử lý sau khi thanh toán thành công. Trong điều kiện hệ thống và nhà cung cấp hoạt động bình thường, eSIM dự kiến được gửi trong thời gian sớm nhất và không quá 30 phút. Nếu quá 15 phút mà chưa nhận được email, khách hàng nên kiểm tra thư rác và liên hệ bộ phận hỗ trợ để được tra soát.
- Thiết bị: eSIM chỉ sử dụng được trên thiết bị có hỗ trợ eSIM và đáp ứng điều kiện của từng gói/nhà mạng. Khách hàng có trách nhiệm kiểm tra khả năng hỗ trợ eSIM và tình trạng khóa mạng của thiết bị trước khi mua.
- Sử dụng/tính năng: Quy trình cơ bản: chọn eSIM phù hợp với điểm đến và nhu cầu dữ liệu → thanh toán trực tuyến → nhận QR/Activation Code qua email → cài đặt trên thiết bị hỗ trợ → kết nối khi tới vùng phủ. Data, thoại, SMS, hotspot/tethering và các tính năng khác áp dụng theo mô tả của từng gói.
- Giới hạn kỹ thuật: Chất lượng kết nối, tốc độ và vùng phủ phụ thuộc nhà mạng đối tác, hạ tầng tại điểm đến, thiết bị, vị trí, thời tiết và các yếu tố kỹ thuật khách quan. SkySimHub hỗ trợ trong phạm vi tính năng và cam kết đã công bố của từng gói, không cam kết một mức tốc độ cố định nếu sản phẩm không nêu rõ.
- Điều kiện khách hàng: Khách hàng phải cung cấp email chính xác để nhận eSIM, sử dụng thiết bị tương thích và lựa chọn đúng quốc gia/khu vực/gói cước. Các yêu cầu khác (nếu có) như eKYC, độ tuổi hoặc thiết bị cụ thể sẽ được công bố tại sản phẩm trước khi đặt hàng.
- Giới hạn số lượng: Không áp dụng giới hạn chung ngoài giới hạn được công bố theo từng sản phẩm, nhà cung cấp hoặc phương thức thanh toán. SkySimHub có thể yêu cầu xác minh bổ sung đối với giao dịch có dấu hiệu gian lận hoặc bất thường.

How do I know if my phone supports eSIM?
Dial *#06# and look for an EID, or check your phone settings for Add eSIM. Some regional device variants do not support eSIM even when the model name is the same.
When does my Egypt eSIM plan start?
Activation and validity depend on the selected plan. Some plans start on the first supported network connection, while others start on installation or QR delivery. Please review your selected plan details.
When will I receive my eSIM?
Your eSIM activation details are emailed once payment has been verified and the supplier has completed fulfillment. Delivery time depends on the provider response; no fixed delivery time is guaranteed.
Can I share data using a hotspot?
Hotspot availability depends on the package, partner network and your device. Check the plan details before relying on tethering.

Can I buy an eSIM before my trip?
Yes, but check your plan activation rules and any activation deadline before installing. Do not delete an already installed eSIM without confirming whether it can be reinstalled.
Does my eSIM include a phone number?
Many travel eSIMs provide data only. Calls and SMS are available only if explicitly included in your selected plan.
Can I use WhatsApp and other messaging apps?
Yes, messaging and Internet calling applications normally work over your eSIM data connection. SMS verification codes may still require access to your original number.
How do I install the eSIM?
Connect to Wi-Fi. On iPhone, open Settings, then Cellular and Add eSIM. On Android, open SIM manager or Network settings and choose Add eSIM. Scan the provided QR code or use manual activation details if provided.
What speeds can I expect?
Speed depends on the supported network, coverage, device, congestion and any fair-use limit in your chosen plan. No universal 4G/5G or Mbps guarantee applies to all packages.
Should I enable data roaming?
Follow your plan activation instructions. Many travel eSIMs require data roaming to be enabled for the travel eSIM data line.
Can I top up my existing plan?
Only where the package expressly supports top-ups. Otherwise, you may need to purchase another eSIM.
Can I scan the QR code more than once?
Some eSIM QR codes can only be installed once. Do not remove an activated eSIM without consulting the provider instructions or support.
